The unique Milestii Mici Wine Run 2019 is taking place in Moldova!

Today, January 20, more than 350 participants, both from Moldova and abroad, have come to the Milestii Mici underground galleries. They are united by one goal: to run 10 km through the wine cellars at 80 m depth.

The participants have already received their starter packages and now are awaiting for the start, which is scheduled for 11:00. It will be a difficult but entertaining race, which will allow the sportsmen to learn more about the culture and traditions of Moldovan people. The participants who purchased the “Degustation” package will taste the most popular Moldovan wines and the traditional Moldovan dishes.

The goal of this sporting event is to promote a healthy lifestyle and to encourage tourism in Moldova. Milestii Mici Wine Run 2019 is an international race, which attracts not only professional sportsmen and amateur runners, but also tourists from all over the world: Romania, Ukraine, UK, Russia, Turkey, Holland, Poland, Switzerland etc.

The event is hosted by the public sports organization Sporter and the most popular free ads board - 999.md, in partnership with Milestii Mici Winery and under the umbrella of the national touristic brand Tree of Life.
